Delivery Time

We keep you informed
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

You can visit online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.

Shipping and delivery estimates
The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become
available.

The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. All estimates are based on business days.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping methods
The Gravity Online Store offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping - Free on all qualifying products, except products that weigh more than 45 kg. Often delivers within 8 business days after shipping to a location within Canada.

Expedited Shipping - Delivers within 5 business days after shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order. Service is currently provided by Federal Express and affiliated carriers. Delivery to the northern territories may take more than 5 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Apple Online Store. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status. If you order multiple items, you may receive
separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each
shipment with the carrier's name and tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

Signature on Delivery

Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Shipping Restrictions

Shopping in Canada
The Gravity Online Store sells and ships items worldwide. All promotional shipping offers only apply to addresses inside Canada. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses or freight forwarders.

The Gravity Online Store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order on the Gravity Online Store.
